It’s been one month since we launched the new Let’s Talk Express (LTE) website, and the response has been fantastic. Seeing your positive and encouraging comments posted below articles, hearing about the great story ideas and feedback that have been coming in to the LTE team, and seeing some of the articles shared on social media has been wonderful. Thank you for reading and sharing.
This month’s stories have one thing in common – they were all submitted by CSC staff. You have come to us with your ideas, and we have listened. From correctional officers raising money for cancer research, to our colleagues who recently received the Public Service Award of Excellence. From a proud member of the Grande Cache family, to those who were honoured to march in the 38th annual Police and Peace Officers’ Memorial on Parliament Hill. All of the stories came from you.
I’ve always said that when I think of CSC, I think of the people. There are over 19,000 of you spread across the country each day, working in sometimes difficult and strenuous environments to keep Canadians safe. Not only do you do it proudly, but you do it well.
